Logitech video bars and Tap controllers for Zoom and Teams rooms

Dependable, easy-to-manage room systems that people can walk into and use without training.

Quick answer

AV8 Technologies designs and installs Logitech video conferencing for San Francisco and Bay Area offices: Rally Bar family video bars with Logitech Tap controllers, set up for Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms and managed through Logitech Sync. We handle mounting, cabling, network setup, provisioning and training.

Why we install Logitech

Logitech's room systems are all-in-one: camera, microphones and speakers in a single bar, with a touch controller at the table. That means no separate room computer to maintain, a consistent experience from one room to the next, and straightforward remote management. It is a combination that stays dependable at scale, which is why Logitech is one of the two conferencing brands we standardize on.

Logitech publishes room-size guidance for each product, and we check it against your actual room before we recommend anything.

Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms

Logitech systems are built for the major meeting platforms. We configure each room for Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms, depending on how your company meets, and we set up the calendar integration so the room shows its schedule and joins meetings with one touch.

What AV8 handles

  • Room assessment and the right product for the room
  • Display mounting and the cleanest possible cable path
  • Network setup with your IT team, including PoE and addressing
  • Platform provisioning and calendar integration
  • Enrolling devices in Logitech Sync for monitoring, firmware updates and settings
  • Testing, staff training and ongoing support

When a Logitech bar is not enough

Very large rooms, divisible rooms and boardrooms with long tables need a distributed design with ceiling microphones, a Biamp DSP and sometimes more than one camera, controlled through Crestron. We design those too, and we will tell you plainly when a single bar will not do the job.

Frequently asked questions

Which Logitech video bar is right for my room?

It depends on the room's size, table shape and how many people sit in it. As a rough guide, Rally Bar Huddle suits huddle rooms, Rally Bar Mini suits small to medium rooms and Rally Bar suits larger rooms. We confirm the choice after seeing the space.

Does Logitech work with Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms?

Yes. Logitech room systems are available for both. We configure each room for the platform you use and can advise if your company uses both.

What is Logitech Sync?

Logitech Sync is Logitech's management service for room devices. It lets IT monitor device health, update firmware and manage settings across many rooms from one place.

Do you install Logitech outside San Francisco?

Most of our work is in San Francisco and the Bay Area. We also take on projects elsewhere when the scope is a good fit.
